Can I pause my membership?

To pause your account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account page In the left navigation menu, click on Account.
  1. Scroll down to “Manage Account” This section contains your account management options.
  2. See “Pause Account” Follow the on-screen instructions to pause your subscription for up to 1, 2, or 3 months.
